1. Services

Cape Coral Emergency Plumber provides residential and commercial plumbing services in Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Lee County, and surrounding areas of Southwest Florida. All work is performed by or under the supervision of a Florida State Certified Plumber (Lic# CFC000000).

2. Estimates & Pricing

We provide free estimates. All pricing is flat-rate and presented to the customer for approval before work begins. Prices quoted are final unless unforeseen conditions (such as concealed damage behind walls) require additional scope, which will be communicated and approved before proceeding.

3. Warranty

We warrant our workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of service. Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and equipment installed. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, flooding, acts of nature, or work performed by others after our service.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Financing options are available for qualifying repairs over $500. Returned checks are subject to a $35 processing fee.

5. Limitation of Liability

Cape Coral Emergency Plumber's liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, incidental damages, or consequential losses. We carry $2 million in general liability insurance for on-site property damage caused by our technicians.
